Abstract
Submission Guideline
The submission of
an abstract implies your consent to let us publish it in the Abstract Book.
All presenting
authors of accepted abstracts are expected to attend the meeting.
Affirmations
In order to proceed with the abstract
submission, you must agree to the following statements.
s The research represented by this abstract has not been accepted for
publication in a journal or in an international scientific journal as of the
date this abstract was submitted.
s This abstract has not been accepted, published and/or presented at other
previous conferences.
s The presenting author of this abstract is one of the corresponding author,
first author or co-authors listed in this abstract.
s There are no restrictions on number of abstract submission and
presentation.
s If accepted for poster/oral presentation, the presenting author presents
the abstract during the scheduled time/date.
s If accepted for poster/oral presentation, the presenting author should register
for the conference by June 21. If the presenter does not register, the
presentation will be canceled.
s If this abstract is withdrawn after May 31, 2016, or if the presenting
author does not appear to present an accepted abstract, a penalty may be
incurred prohibiting the presenting author from presenting papers at
AOFNMB/ARCCNM-sponsored meetings for a period of up to three years.
s The presenting author will keep the ARCCNM secretariat informed of any
changes via the contact information provided.
Abstract Form
s The abstract will be published as submitted and no language or scientific
editing will be done.
s The standard format of abstract includes "title, author(s),
affiliation, and abstract text”. The abstract text should be structured and
include “Objective(s), Methods, Results and Conclusion".
s The fonts should be as followings: [Title: "Cambria-Bold"
size:11] ,[ Authors : Cambria-Regular, size 10 ], [Affiliation Cambria-Regular,
size 8], and [Abstract text : Cambria-Regular, 9]. The subtitles (Objective(s),
Methods, Results and Conclusion) should be "Cambria-Bold" size:11
s Abstract should contain TEXT ONLY. No figure or table will be accepted.
s No references are allowed for the abstracts.
s Abstract should not exceed 900 letters or 250 words (excluding Title,
authors and affiliations) in length within one A-4 size page.
Awards
Young Investigator Award
Applicable
for submitters whose age is 45 years or less at the time of presentation. Oral
presentation should be done at the Young Investigator Competition. Winners will
be announced onsite.
Financial
Support
2 Nights (July 14~15) of
accommodation
will be covered for presenters from outside China.
Registration
The
presenting author should registers for the conference by June 21. If the
presenter does not register, the presentation will be canceled and the abstract
will be withdrawn.
